Use these data files to evaluate RAINN, focusing both on indicators of program effectiveness and data that is useful for program improvement.

Answer the following questions

  1. From the session evaluation data, what percent of users agree (4 or 5) that the online hotline is easy to use?
  2. From the session evaluation data, what is the relationship between ratings of Volunteer Knowledge/Skills and Overall Satisfaction?
  3. What is the mean and standard deviation for each visitor satisfaction question? Also, show the means for this data in a bar chart.
  4. From the volunteer survey data, what is the percent of volunteers who believe that the session was not useful to the visitor (score of 1 or 2)?
  5. From the volunteer survey data, is there a relationship between the user’s gender and volunteer’s rating of overall usefulness of the session? Use a t-test to find out.
  6. Do volunteers believe they are helpful in issues related to suicide?
  7. Is there a relationship between the length of a session and the volunteer’s perceived helpfulness rating?
  8. Write two research questions that can be answered with the data. Use the data to answer your questions.
